All products sold by BestDesignsStore are digital design files delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our embroidery designs. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Eligible for Refund:
• File is corrupted or cannot be opened
• Design does not match the product description
• Wrong file format was provided and we cannot supply the correct format
• Technical issue preventing download or use of files
NOT Eligible for Refund:
• "Changed my mind" or impulse purchases
• Lack of software or equipment to use the files
• Incorrect format purchased (please verify compatibility before ordering)
• Files have been used, edited, or partially used in projects
• Customer error in purchasing wrong design
How to Request a Refund:

2. Include your order number and reason for refund request
3. Describe the issue in detail (screenshots helpful)
4. We will review and respond within 48-72 hours
Refund Processing:
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed
No Refunds After 30 Days:
All sales are final after 30 days from the date of purchase.
File Replacement:
If you experience technical issues with downloaded files, we will replace them free of charge. Contact us before requesting a refund.
