NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING - DIGITAL DELIVERY ONLY

All products sold by BestDesignsStore are DIGITAL FILES delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped to your address.

HOW IT WORKS

Place your order and complete payment securely through our checkout.

2. Instant Email Delivery
Within minutes of completing your order, you will receive an email containing:
• Order confirmation
• Download link(s) for your files
• Instructions for accessing your designs

3. Download Your Files
Click the download link in your email to access your embroidery design files immediately.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

• Instant delivery - Files available within 5-30 minutes of purchase
• Email sent to the address provided at checkout
• Download links valid for 30 days

DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR FILES?

If you don't receive your download email within 15 minutes:

1. Check your spam/junk folder
2. Verify the email address on your order confirmation
3. Check your Shopify account order history for download links
4. Contact us at [your-email] with your order number

We will resend your files within 24 hours (usually much faster).

FILE FORMATS INCLUDED

Most products include multiple embroidery formats:
• PES, DST, JEF, HUS, EXP, VP3, VIP, XXX, BX (and others)
• Check individual product descriptions for specific formats
• Contact us if you need a different format

RE-DOWNLOADS

• Download links valid for 30 days after purchase
• Lost your files? Contact us within 30 days for free re-download link
• After 30 days, re-download fees may apply

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience problems downloading or opening files:
• Contact us immediately - we'll help troubleshoot
• We will replace corrupted or damaged files free of charge
• Include your order number and description of the issue

NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES

Since we only sell digital products, there are no shipping fees or customs charges regardless of your location worldwide.
