Welcome to BestDesignsStore. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products are digital embroidery design files for personal and limited commercial use. No physical items are shipped.

3. LICENSE AND USAGE RIGHTS

Personal Use License (Included):
• Use designs for personal projects
• Create items for gifts, home decor, personal clothing
• Stitch designs on items for yourself, family, and friends

Small Commercial Use (Included):
• Create and sell finished embroidered items using our designs
• Sell up to 500 finished physical products per design
• Use in your small embroidery business

PROHIBITED USES:
• Resell, share, or distribute the digital files
• Claim designs as your own creation
• Include files in design bundles or collections for resale
• Mass production or factory manufacturing (over 500 items)
• Upload to print-on-demand platforms (unless specified)

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, and content are owned by BestDesignsStore or licensed to us. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. FILE DELIVERY

• Files are delivered immediately via download link after payment
• Download links are valid for 30 days
• Re-download requests available within 30 days at no charge
• After 30 days, re-download fees may apply

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:
• Verifying file format compatibility with your embroidery machine/software
• Having appropriate software to open and use files
• Backing up your downloaded files
• Understanding basic embroidery digitizing concepts

7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We provide:
• File format information and compatibility guidance
• Re-sending corrupted or inaccessible files
• Basic usage instructions

We DO NOT provide:
• Embroidery machine technical support
• Custom digitizing or file editing services
• Software installation or troubleshooting
• In-depth embroidery training

8. PRICING AND PAYMENT

• All prices are in GBP (British Pounds)
• Prices subject to change without notice
• Payment processed securely through Shopify
• We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and other Shopify payment methods

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Digital files are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
• Compatibility with all machines/software
• Specific stitch quality results (depends on your equipment/settings)
• Error-free operation (though we test all files)

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BestDesignsStore is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Equipment damage or malfunction
• User errors or misuse of files

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

11. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT CLAIMS

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been infringed, contact us with:
• Description of copyrighted work
• Location of infringing content on our site
• Your contact information
• Statement of good faith belief

12. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:
• Refuse service to anyone
• Terminate accounts for violations of these terms
• Remove or disable content at our discretion

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. GOVERNING LAW
